Over 10 years in business, Purplefish has shaped a creative communications agency that puts people first,
working with businesses, brands and organisations they believe in. This is reflected in their clients, their offer and how the company operates.
Clients include St Pauls' Carnival (which has been partnered with Purplefish since 2019) along with electric vehicle car subscription company, Voltric, and Ethical Equity, the investor marketplace promoting greater representation in the investment sector.
The company is committed to delivering purpose within a commercial agency model: A third of clients are BME founders, 5% of time is given to pro bono projects, Purplefish is now a registered BCorp, examining all aspects of operations to achieve a 109.9 score a year ago.
The team of 10 staff are an active part of reviewing BCorp objectives, meeting each month to review progress.
21% of BCorps (and 13% of Purplefish clients) are led by women. To share their journey and encourage more female founders to come forward, MD Joanna launched a campaign that will run through 2023 that was launched with an event in March.
